This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, class registrations, and in-person interactions, in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

When you register as a member, book classes, or contact us, we may collect:

• Identity information: full name, IC or passport number, date of birth, gender
• Contact information: phone number, email address, home address
• Membership data: packages purchased, classes booked and attended, instructor preferences
• Technical data: basic usage analytics from your browser (page views, device type)

3. How we use your information

• To manage your membership, bookings, and class credits
• To contact you about your bookings, cancellations, or studio announcements
• To process payments for packages and events
• To improve our services and better understand member preferences
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Payment processors (to complete package purchases)
• Instructors (name, phone, level — so they can identify and coach you in class)
• Malaysian authorities if required by law

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your membership records for as long as you are an active member, and for up to 7 years after your last booking for tax and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion — see section 7.

6. How we protect your data

Member records are stored in our booking system with access restricted to studio staff. We use industry-standard security practices and never ask for your full IC, passwords, or payment details over WhatsApp or unsecured channels.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Request deletion of your records (subject to our legal retention obligations)
